Historic Tanglefoot Association
The Historic Tanglefoot Association is a 501C(3) non-profit organization, consisting of both citizens and business-owners, formed to shape the future of Festus and Crystal City Main Streets and celebrate the diverse history of the area. The group takes the title "Tanglefoot" from the pre-1887 name for the unincorporated city of Festus, Missouri.
